These people contacted me when I contacted Marble law. I was promised a 20 minute conversation for them to evaluate my case and answer any and all legal questions. Instead I received a 3min 55 second phone call. They took my $50 for the 20 min conversation that I did not even get to ask one question. She said I will take your case and wanted her legal aid to give me payment options. Instead he just wanted my credit card number. I am disgusted at this scam. I will be reporting them to the state. Shame on you DARRETT & ASSOCIATEs! No More scams for me!!!!!
She doesn’t deserve any star. She was getting ready at 7 am for 930 am a trail. She has interviewed me with my witness the 2 hours prior to my trial day. Very hard to get hold of her by phone or email.
She doesn’t even ask any questions at the trail. She messed up my case. I have to hire another attorney to fix it. I paid her 4500 she went to court only once that’s all after 2 months she said she need another 3500. For those of you want to hire this attorney to be careful. You be pissed of at yourself.
If I could leave .5 of a star I would. The amount of professionalism is a joke. She doesn’t communicate well at all. This was my first ticket and first time needing a lawyer. I came to yelp and found her. Ignoring the one review she had (also one star) I wanted to give her the benefit of doubt and the price was great. She took my cash, sent me ppw to sign, rescheduled my court date. The day of she ignored my call and texts to discuss the matter and showed up 15 mins before hand in a sweatsuit as if she rolled out of bed to meet me. She was the ONLY ATTORNEY that looked as if she was a regular bystander. She had zero professionalism. I mean legit sweatshirt jacket and some around the house pants. She didn’t apologize for not returning my call and letting me know she was in route. She asked me what I wanted to do as in my case, two options with neither resulting in it being dismissed. I tried to explain to her there was no way I was speeding but I gave up, had no confidence in her at all. My overall fee was $270 and she negotiated $70 … so I still payed $200. I recommend finding someone who actually cares about appearance and professionalism. She is definitely a joke. Save your $40 and pay someone else. I’m not sure if she is just starting out or what but I was embarrassed to be represented by her. Now instead of using her for another issue, I will go and find someone who represents their brand better than the ghetto shit today.
